"Just wanted to thank you for the wine last night, it went well with the foie gras. We went tapas style last night and ate only appetizers, with dessert of course! Our absolute favourite was the asparagus with proscuito, most creative asparagus dish we've had. The gruyere made the dish. A great anniversary dinner. Thanks."

My meal was delicious and others commented that their food was excellent too. I was really glad we stayed with the blackberry fruit as it was outstanding. "We wanted to thank you for preparing and serving some amazing fod at our holiday party. You guys were a tremendous help with everything-from moving the heaters around to serving up champagne in the chill of the evening.
The food was a huge hit-everyone has been asking for MY recipes!! The seared ahi was spectacular, the crabcakes were perfect and heard that the beef skewers didn't even make it around the room. As good as the other food was, the desserts were fabulous! I fell asleep dreaming about the brownies.
